Cancellation Policy
How Soon in Advance do I need to Book? We request bookings be made 48-72 hours in advance but will work to accommodate any request made 24 hours prior to the date requested. Same day bookings may be available upon request. What is your refund policy? We want you to be completely happy with our services. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order requested, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your sign rental at least 72 hours in advance, we will issue a refund. If extreme weather conditions prevent us from set up you will also get a full refund. We will NOT issue a refund for the following circumstances: - We are unable to access a gated community due to incorrect or missing gate code. - The security guard at the gate does not grant us access after a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting time. Please make arrangements with gate guards to prevent this issue. - The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or prevents us from accessing the property. -If the location does not have a traditional lawn (defined as an area of unobstructed soil with grass on top). -If a pet or other unsecured animal prevent us from safely installing the sign. When is payment required? Payment in full is required at time of booking to reserve your signs. Dates for storks will be flexible (we all know babies come whenever they see fit). Please see our refund policy above regarding refunds. Your booking spot will not be reserved unless paid in advance (we have unfortunately already been scammed and wish to avoid this happening again--thank you for understanding).
