1. What do we offer?

We offer oversized stork yard cards with keepsake bundles that can be personalized to help celebrate the arrival of your new baby. We believe that children are a heritage from the Lord and we want to help you, your friends, families, and neighbors celebrate their arrival! We have also added a variety of new signs (Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary, New Home, etc.) to our collection to help you celebrate other milestone events and holidays!

​2. How does it work?

Simply email us at jessica.taylor@milestonemomentsyardsigns.com or you can call or text 770-773-5322. Let us know what sign option you prefer, the anticipated date you would like your sign delivered, and preferred payment method.  We ask that you book 48 to 72 hours in advance to allow us time to accommodate the request. The earlier the better. On delivery day, your sign will be delivered and set up for you. Storks will be picked up on day 2 or day 5. Other sign rentals will be 24 hour unless otherwise discussed. If you choose the personalized keepsake bundle option for your storks. We will leave your keepsake bundle on your porch/near your front door when we come to pick up the stork sign.

​3. What areas do we service?

We service all of Cherokee County, GA. We also service the following surrounding areas: Bartow County, Cobb County, and Pickens County If you are in an area near by that is not listed, please reach out and we will try to arrange a delivery for you!

​4. How long do the signs stay up and do I need to do anything with them?

Our storks will be placed in your yard for 5 days. We do offer 2 day rentals for a reduced price for events such as baby showers/parties. All other sign rentals are 24 hours unless otherwise discussed. We ask that you do not handle the signs yourself. In the event of rainy weather, the signs may be left out. They are sturdy and can withstand some rainy weather. If your sign falls over, please reach out to us and let us know.​

5. How much do sign rentals cost?

5 day stork rental: $85 (generic)/ $95 (personalized)

5 day stork rental for grandparents: $95

5 day stork rental for twins $150 (generic)/ $160 (personalized)

2 day stork rental for baby shower: $75 (generic) / $80 (personalized)

Keepsake bundle only $40.​

Monogram add on: $5

"You've Been Elfed or Booed" sign rentals: $40 per day unless otherwise specified.
Corrugated Yard Displays (Birthday, Large Holiday, Graduation, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc) $85

Extra days $8/day.

​6. What if I don't have a yard?

Unfortunately, if you do not have a yard or you live in an HOA restricted area that does not allow short-term signs to be placed, we cannot utilize our oversized storks or other yard greeting. We would, however, be happy to create for you a keepsake bundle to use as a door hanger to celebrate your new baby. We do place a cute ribbon on each keepsake bundle which may be personalized upon request if done so in advance. ​

7. Are there options for add-ons?

At this time we do offer monogram add-ons for your personalized bundle for $5. 

We also offer 22' round corrugated plastic signs made with 4mm thick plastic. These signs are fully customizable to allow for pet and sibling add-ons.

 

Please specify in your inquiry that you would like to place an add on order and I will reach out personally to discuss custom options.

8. What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely happy with our services. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order requested, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your sign rental at least 72 hours in advance, we will issue a refund. If extreme weather conditions prevent us from set up you will also get a full refund.  

 

We will NOT issue a refund for the following circumstances:

- We are unable to access a gated community due to incorrect or missing gate code.

- The security guard at the gate does not grant us access after a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting time. Please make arrangements with gate guards to prevent this issue.

- The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or prevents us from accessing the property.

-If the location does not have a traditional lawn (defined as an area of unobstructed soil with grass on top).

-If a pet or other unsecured animal prevent us from safely installing the sign.

9. When is payment required?

Payment in full is required at time of booking to reserve your signs. Dates for storks will be flexible (we all know babies come whenever they see fit). Please see our refund policy above regarding refunds. Your booking spot will not be reserved unless paid in advance (we have unfortunately already been scammed and wish to avoid this happening again--thank you for understanding).

 

10. Do you offer more than just storks?

Yes! We currently have options for Holiday, Birthday, Graduation, New Home, Sports themed yard flare, Congratulations, and Anniversaries. We chose the name "milestone moments" to allow for growth. Find us on social media for updates on when new signs are added.
